Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
All Cancellations must be requested within 72 hours of the completed order time and date. If your request for cancellation is not received within 72 hours, your Refund, or Credit back to your card may be delayed.
We do not refund shipping costs, only the cost of our product or services.
All Returns and Exchanges must show obvious defect caused by Manufacturer error, loose or broken stitching or bad material.
30 day Guarantee on Shoe Slippers, to : Any Manufacturer defect or error. Torn or bad material or stitching (not caused by excessive use). Deformities or damage from Shipping or Packaging.
Please Ship all Returns or Exchanges to the address listed below.
Don't forget to include the Invoice #, your Return Mailing Address, and a Phone Number.
Also, Don't forget to specify if it is a Return or Exchange.
Please Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery on Returns and Exchanges.
