Shoe Slippers were first designed in early 2003 in Vancouver Washington. The first pair were built out of an old pair of leather moccasins. By summer 2003, a successful design of Shoe Slippers were built out of leather and vinyl. Shoe Slippers have been privately tested,used & improved by the designer since 2003.
